Loan signing certified, bonded, and insured notary offer same-day appointments, accurate fast service, reliable and confidential assistance.

Arizona law requires that all signers understand the document they are signing and sign willingly without coercion.
A diagnosis of dementia or memory impairment does not automatically prevent notarization. However, the signer must be able to:
- Clearly explain what the document is and why they are signing it
- Communicate directly with the notary without prompting from others
- Show understanding and willingness at the time of signing
If the signer appears confused, disoriented, or unable to demonstrate understanding, I am required by law to refuse notarization to protect their legal rights and ensure compliance with Arizona law.
