About me

Hi, I'm Dina! Your Local Notary & Fingerprinting Professional

I'm the proud owner of Flagstaff Mobile Notary & Fingerprinting, a locally owned business serving Flagstaff and Northern Arizona since 2019.

I believe that building a successful business is about more than providing a service. It's about building relationships, earning trust, and making a positive difference in the community.

With a professional background in real estate and office administration, I've spent years working with people, managing important documents, and understanding just how valuable accuracy, professionalism, and reliability can be.

I started my business with one simple goal: to make essential services easier, more convenient, and more accessible to the people who need them.

Today, I proudly offer a variety of services, including:

  • Mobile and in-office notarizations
  • Remote Online Notarization (RON)
  • Electronic fingerprinting and fingerprint cards
  • Apostille assistance
  • Hospital, healthcare facility, and jail notarizations
  • Real estate, estate planning, and general document notarizations

Whether you're signing documents from the comfort of your home, connecting with me online from another state, completing fingerprinting requirements, or navigating an unfamiliar process, my goal is to provide a comfortable, efficient, and professional experience.

More Than Just a Business

Flagstaff is home, and being involved in our community is something I genuinely enjoy. I believe in supporting other local businesses, building meaningful professional relationships, and continuing to learn and grow.

I'm also furthering my education in paralegal studies to expand my knowledge of the legal field and better understand the documents and processes my clients encounter.

As my business continues to grow, my commitment remains the same: treating every client with kindness, respect, and the personal attention they deserve.

When you work with me, you're not just another appointment. You're a neighbor, a fellow business owner, or someone who simply needs a little help getting something important done.

I look forward to meeting you!
