By booking and paying for fingerprinting services through Flagstaff Notary & Fingerprinting, you agree to the following terms:
- No-Show Policy
If you fail to show up for your scheduled fingerprinting appointment without providing prior notice, your payment is non-refundable.
- Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your appointment for a full refund if we are notified at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Cancellation notice up to 5 hours prior will provide a 50% refund. If Flagstaff Notary & Fingerprinting cancels your appointment for any reason you will be offered a reschedule or receive a full refund.
- Rejection and Resubmission Policy
Rejections happen! If your fingerprints are rejected by the requesting agency:
- First resubmission is free of charge.
- Second resubmission will incur mobile service fees.
- Third submission will require full payment as a new fingerprinting service.
- Required Information
You are responsible for providing:
- The requesting agency's instructions.
- A reference number, if applicable, to ensure proper documentation and processing.
PAYMENT IS DUE BEFORE OR ACCEPTED AT TIME OF SERVICE
