We capture your fingerprints electronically using a professional fingerprint scanner. Depending on your application requirements, your fingerprints are either printed onto an FD-258 fingerprint card or provided as an EFT file.
We do not electronically submit fingerprints or applications to Arizona DPS, the FBI, ATF, or other agencies. Customers are responsible for submitting their fingerprint cards or EFT files according to the requesting agency’s instructions.
Appointments are available at our Flagstaff office located at 513 N. Beaver St, Flagstaff, AZ 86001. Mobile fingerprinting is also available at homes, workplaces, schools, healthcare facilities, and other locations for an additional travel fee.

Fingerprinting is available for Arizona Department of Public Safety Fingerprint Clearance Card applications, including regular and Identity Verified Prints (IVP) clearance cards.

You must complete your Arizona DPS Fingerprint Clearance Card application before your fingerprinting appointment.
After submitting the application through the Arizona DPS Public Services Portal, you will receive a reference number. Please bring that reference number to your appointment so your fingerprints can be connected to the correct application.
Your AZDPS application fee is separate from our fingerprinting fee. We do not collect or include DPS application fees in the price of fingerprinting.

The customer is responsible for completing and submitting the appropriate ATF application. ATF application, tax, licensing, and submission fees are separate from our fingerprinting fee.

No. Customers must complete their own applications before the appointment. We provide fingerprinting services but do not select application types, determine eligibility, or provide legal advice.
Yes. Arizona DPS applicants should complete their application first and bring the reference number provided by DPS. The reference number helps connect your fingerprints to your application.
No. Arizona DPS, ATF, employer, licensing-agency, and other government application fees are separate from our fingerprinting fees.
No. We do not receive, review, or make decisions concerning your background-check results. Contact the requesting agency, employer, Arizona DPS, or ATF for application status and results.
Yes. Mobile fingerprinting is available for individuals, employers, schools, healthcare facilities, and groups. Additional travel fees apply and are based on location.
