Book your Remote Online Notary appointment. Once your appointment is confirmed, you'll receive instructions and a secure link to begin the online notarization process.

Before your appointment, you'll securely upload your unsigned documents through our encrypted online notarization platform.

Please do not sign your documents before your appointment. Your electronic signature must be completed during the live online notarization session.

If your document has already been signed, contact us before scheduling to determine whether it can still be notarized online.

Arizona law requires identity verification before an online notarization can be completed.

You will be asked to:

• Upload a valid government-issued photo ID.
• Complete identity verification through our secure platform.
• Follow any additional verification steps required by Arizona law.

At your scheduled appointment time, simply click the secure link from your computer, tablet, or smartphone.

You'll meet live with the notary through secure audio and video.

During the live video session, you'll electronically sign your documents while the notary witnesses your signature.

Once the notarization is complete, you'll receive your electronically notarized documents, ready to download and save for your records.
